Manila is set to host The Smashing Pumpkins on September 29, 2025 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
Pulp made the announcement via their social media accounts to the delight of the alternative rock icons’ fans mostly from the 90s.
The Smashing Pumpkins official X account also posted about their Rock Invasion 2025 tour dates which included Manila.
This concert marks The Smashing Pumpkins’ second performance in the Philippines, following their 2012 show during the Oceania world tour. The 2025 concert holds special significance as it coincides with the 30th anniversary of their iconic album, “Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness.” Fans can expect a setlist that pays homage to their rich musical history while also introducing new material.
